After launching their Galaxy Book and Galaxy Book Pro series earlier this year, Samsung has expanded its notebook lineup by launching two entry level Galaxy Book devices today. The two new laptops namely the Galaxy Book Go and Galaxy Book Go 5G, includes Qualcomm Snapdragon Chip sets and are priced quite affordably.
The Galaxy Book Go and Galaxy Book Go 5G are pretty similar devices. They both feature in 14 inch 1080p LCD panel with minimal bezels and and 180 degree hinge design.
Galaxy Book Go comes along with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 CPU with 8GB Ram and up to 128GB of eUFS storage. The devices weighs 1.38 kg and 14.9 mm thick while on the other hand Galaxy Go 5G as the name suggests, offers 5G connectivity and pack the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2 chip-set.
Apart from this other specs are similar in both the devices and both of them have 2 USB Type-C Port’s and 1 USB-A Port, 3.5 mm audio jack, a 720 P front camera for video conferencing and Micro SD slot.
Both of them comes in a silver finish colour and runs Windows 10.
Price And Availability
Samsung Galaxy Book Go starts from price $349 (25,508 INR) for the base model. The LTE and WIFI versions will be available from June 10.
Samsung did not reveal any detail regarding the price and availability of Samsung Galaxy Book Go – 5G, however it is expected to be released later this year.
