Final Fantasy game has been in the arena since 1987, when the very first role playing title was released in the Nintendo Entertainment System. Players are now waiting for the 16th installment of the series which will be a PlayStation 5 timed exclusive when it releases.
Meanwhile, A Final Fantasy game is being scheduled for an animated series aimed at the 8-14 years old.
The announcement comes out of France based cyber group studios. as per them, it has entered to an exclusive option agreement with developer Square Enix to create an adventure animation series aimed at audiences who knows the game inside and out.
Why Final Fantasy 9 Is Important
Final Fantasy 9 was the return of the dominant medieval fantasy roots of the franchise after the previous two games embraced even more modern themes than usual. Other games in the series have also become fan favorites but this one has its own style and energy that hadn’t been done before.
It will be interesting to see how the big themes like – “life, death, identity” will be portrayed out and existentialism and it will be translated into a family oriented TV series.
