Shawn Mendes and Justin Bieber have spilled their heart out in their latest music video Monster.
In this video the boys sing their heart out about their lows and highs of Fame.
While Shawn expresses his anger and hurt about being cut down to fit in with the rest of the lot, Justin, on the other hand, acknowledges making “bad moves” while “trying to act cool” in his teenage years.
Bieber, even gets personal in his verse, singing about taking responsibility for his past actions. In a jibe to his critics and haters, he says, “holding it against me like you’re the holy one.”
The two Canadian artists announced that they’re dropping a song on November 20, and teased their collaboration with some banter over social media. The song, ‘Monster’, is the next single from the Mendes’ forthcoming album ‘Wonder’. The singer released the album’s title track last month.
Bieber has been busy releasing music of his own, including a song called ‘Lonely’ in October, which describes his struggle growing up in the spotlight. He also dropped two other singles his singles ‘Holy’ and ‘Yummy’ early this year.
